Toolstrip Option is there in MATLAB GUI?

I am developing a GUI in matlab and i want to develop my first page like MATLAB 2012b ,,which has nice toolstrip,, Is this toolstrip functionality available in MATLAB 2012b GUI,Please help me out

What does "toolstrip" exactly mean? Do you want ribbons in your GUIs?

The toolstrip functionality is currently not available for customers' use in their own GUIs.
