Can I load DLL compiled with unsupported C++ compiler?

The version of matlab (2012a) doesnt support the compiler used (which is intel c++ 13.0) that creating the DLL.
If a supported compiler, like these found in MS windows SDK 7.1, is installed, will the DLL still work flawlessly through Matlab's loadlibrary()?

You will need to ensure that any other dependencies of the dll (e.g., libraries) are installed on your system and available to the dll. Also, I think loadlibrary uses the lcc compiler which is a C (not a C++) compiler. So if you have C++ stuff in your header file it will not work.
