At WWDC on Monday, apple announced they are switching away from x86 intel processors to in house silicon. Will future versions of matlab work on ARM, or will apple's Rosetta 2 emulation software allow matlab to run on ARM macs?
You will not see MathWorks disclose their future plans on Answers. In fact, it is unlikely they have made a hard decision, based on an announcement made only 2 days ago. However, one might expect, given the number of Macs floating around universities, they would have strong incentives to continue support.
