Generate a standalone application from GUI figures

I want to generate a standalone application from GUI figures, which can work well without installing MCR. Is that possible? I hear the MATCOM4.5 can do this long time ago, but i think it is too old to work in this case. Any answers could be appreciated!

Some Details about my GUI figures: mmreader is included; Matlab Version 7.11, 2010b ; I have used the deploytool to generate a standalone application from these files successfully, and it works well if MCR is installed.

A deployed application MUST have either the relevent MCR installed or the same version of Matlab. AFAIK there is no way around that.
