Matlab turns off automatically after starting up

I have two user accounts in my PC: A and B; if I use account A; I can't start matlab. It turns off automatically after the very beginning of showing up. It also causes my wordpad and ultraedit not work.
but in account B. everything is ok.
what is the possible reason?
Recently, I have been using MCR and mixed programming of matlab and C++.
I tried different versions of MATLAB , it still exists. VC6.0 + matlab 2012b or 2010b
even i reinstalled matlab, it doesn't help.

When the problem concerns Wordpad and Ultraedit also, it is not directly related to Matlab. Then this is not the right forum.

sorry, I don't know where to post my questions. It puzzled me a lot because I used Matlab a lot. I need to address it. Before I went to mixed programming with C++. Matlab runs well. Maybe there are also something related to MCR.

Why are you talking about MCR and MATLAB? Are you running
  1. the full blown MATLAB development environment, or
  2. an executable compiled by someone else, which means that you'll have to install the same version of the MCR that they used when they compiled it?
Note that you can do both of those, so let us know if the situation you're referring to happens in both situations.

I want call my matlab function in C++ , so I go to MCR. After using it, this problem occurred.
MATLAB should be installed correctly, otherwise in my account B, I can't run it.
The possible reason should be my user profile and setting. I want to use Matlab in my account A but failed. That 's why I asked this question

What does "go to MCR" mean? Please answer "Yes" or "No to my questions 1 and 2, because I still don't know if you have MATLAB installed, MCR installed, or both, and which one is actually running your code. MCR and MATLAB are two different installers.

FAQ: http://matlab.wikia.com/wiki/FAQ#After_installation.2C_MATLAB_crashes_or_gives_an_error_message_when_I_try_to_run_it - basically call them, because they offer free technical support for all installation issues, such as not being able to even start the program. Call them at (508)647-7000.

Is user B an Administrator but user A is not? Maybe it is a file access permission problem.

both of them are administrator. the difference is that the system setting may be different for two users.
