how to call the simulink values into the m.file?

i have designed DFIG in simulink, now i need to call the output P,Q to m-file where i need to find the load flow analysis of a 37 radial bus

Write your simulink outputs to matlab's base workspace using To workpspace block.
You easily read saved variables in your m file.
