How to design 30MVA voltage regulator in simulink?

Hi!
I need to design 30MVA voltage regulator to be installed at 66kV transmission line. It is because the line has a voltage drop about 2kV. So I need to regulate the voltage to it's nominal voltage but I have no idea how to do that. I'm not very familiar with MATLAB. Can anyone help me on how to do this?
