Can i have the code for intensity based nonrigid registration technique?

I am student of Msc electrical engineering,doing my thesis on nonrigid reg tistration of medical images. I want to register 2D brain MRI images using intensity based nonrigid registration and want matlab code for this using b-splines transformation, SSD similarity measure and simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation optimization method.
