my application crashes unles I use installed java jre folder instead of jre folder in Matlab

Hello,

I created an application using Matlab imaging toolboxes compiled as an DLL program. It creashes when I run. But If I download the 32 bit Java and replace its jre folder with the one in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\MATLAB Runtime\v90\sys\java\jre\win32" folder, it works fine. Why? There is no plot routines in the m-code to trigger any Java use?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
