Exporting cell array contents to excel

I have a cell array (M = cell(10,4)) where the M{k,1} for k=1..10 are each a 10x10 matrix and the other values of M{k,2..4} are single values. I can not figure out how to export the actual matrices to excel along with their other three corresponding three values. Best I've been able to do is export the three individual values but the matrices are not showing up. I am trying to do this from within a do loop.
