problem of plot the model of SI toolbox

How can I use the model of System Identification Toolbox which is find the model for specific Input and output in the other simulations? when ever I drag the model for example G11 in to the work space and try to plot the model the out put of the model in work space is not as like as the out put of the model in SI tool box.the transfer function is as like as kp*exp(..)/1+2*zeta*tw*s+(tws)^2 any body knows about that to solve the problem? please kindly help me

Several options:

1. You can use the identified model in Simulink using the appropriate block.

2. If you want to play validation data (or other data) through the identified model and compare the model to the data, use the function compare
