I have varied only one variable i.e Df with 9 inputs corresponding to that I have to find N J variables. I want to know how the N is changing wrt to Dr variable . But here it is showing same value which is wrong

Of course Matlab computes exatcly and correctly what you instruct it to do. The readers of your code have no chance to guess, why you expect another result. A simplified version of the communication problem:
x = 3 + 4
% Matlab replies 7, but I want something else.
Do you see it? Give the readers a chance to understand, why you expect another result.
Start with improving the readability of your code: Ctrl-a Ctrl-i for a proper indentation, useful comments which explain the formula exhaustively, spaces around operators and avoiding of too many unneeded parentheses.
