Projection of a raster file by it middle point coordinates in matlab

I have a bunch of raster files which are zipped. I want to read and sum them without opening because they are very large. the summed file I have to read in arcGIS. I want to project it with WGS84 coordinate system where it is known that the middle coordinates of each file is 32.007/34.81456004. Thanks in advacne
