Cross Spectra and Coherence

Hello all,

I have a couple of questions,

First, can i use all matlab libraries in C# ?

Second, is there a matlab library that does the Cross-Spectra and Coherence calculations for 2 time domain signals ?

You can compute the cross-spectrum and magnitude-squared coherence with cpsd.m and mscohere.m in the Signal Processing Toolbox.
