Geoplot with more data than Lat and Lon

Hi there!

I have a question. I am trying to Plot my GPS data (12*1 array), which isnt a problem so far.

But I got another Dataset(86200*1 array) consisting of 0 and 3.... Is there Any way to plot the GPS data on a map and put different colors wherever the data is 0 or 3?

I know that the Arrays are not the same length as the different Dataset consists of around 86200 seconds (Around 24 hrs) and the GPS data was only taken every second hour (00oclock 2oclock 4 .. 6...)
