How can I use "CIE (L*, a*, b*) color space values" to plot a "CIE 1931 color space chromaticity diagram" .

For Example if the given values for a particular color are: L* = 34.20 a* = 22.34 b* = -30.81
How can I use these data to plot a Chromaticity diagram?
I want it to look like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:CIE1931xy_blank.svg
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
