Send Large File Submittal of files to Matlab Central nearly 2 weeks ago-files still show up on pending review list

I submitted a large package of files for a GOES 16 project to Matlab Central nearly 2 weeks ago, When I check my activity feed it shows the package is pending review. Would like to know if there is a problem or some additional action I need to undertake
