GUI handles structure and assignment checking

Not sure my question posted or not. the Screen just went away. 1. Could someone tell me the meaning of the numbers after each tag? handles =

2. How can check if a tag assigns a value or not. For example, after GUI ops, handles becomes the following. For example, productpath has changed. But I am not sure how to tell the difference. handles =
