Problem 1015. Polynomial Interpolation
Given a set of measurements of dependent variables in a vector, Y, that vary with one independent variable in a vector, X, calculate the interpolating polynomial. Output is the interpolated value for a given value of x, as well as the condition number of the Vandermonde coefficient matrix.

FYI: The condition number of the Vandermonde coefficient matrix is just the norm of the matrix times the norm of its inverse. Cheers.
