- Given DNA codes of a group of suspects,
- and a code for certain types of jokers,
- Count how many jokers of that type.
- Try general solution
- If test suite is expanded then solutions should still pass.

Could you provide an example in your problem statement? Also, as Evan says below, you should have more than one test case or it becomes a trivial matter to hard-code a particular answer.
