This problem is based on Level 1 of The Python Challenge, which is just a series of puzzles created by Nadav Samet to help folks have fun while learning the Python programming language. Obviously, this Cody problem is for MATLAB, but feel free to think about how you might solve the problem in other languages!

Your task is to decode an input string using the following hints:
