Create the Vandermonde Matrix of the given vector. The matrix consists of columns as powers of the vector, so the first column is the inverse of the vector raised to 0. The second column is the vector raised to 1, etc.
For example, given the vector:
v=[1 2 3 4 5];
the Vandermonde Matrix would be
Vm= 1 1 1 1 1 1 2 4 8 16 1 3 9 27 81 1 4 16 64 256 1 5 25 125 625
See Vandermonde Matrix for more details.
