Give the [row,col] of the approximate center of the lander. The images are cropped/aligned to +/- 1 pixel at center.

Figured as much! And I tried doing a proper solution too, but the images don't actually align perfectly, so naive attempts (say, taking the squared deviations and convolving with some mask to consider regions rather than individual pixels) don't work so well.
