I'd consider using the retime function if you can make your data into a timetable. Its nice that you shared the data, but can you describe the format of the data as well and why you are having a challenge sorting it?

I really dont know the format of the data. I am new to Matlab. This file created after computation of the code. I think It is 190000x9 table (datenum).
Altimately I wanted to calculate monthly, annual, seasonal mean and trend for all variables.
I think retime cant not use for this case. This is heatwaves events. irregular date. Here, I wanted to calculate mean and trend using the data which is there in the table. out put should be eg. 5x5x41.
Welcome to MATLAB! Id start by going through the MATLAB onramp. Since you are posting on the ThingSpeak community, I assume you are interested in IoT workflows as well. You can go throught the ThingSpeak getting started tutorial as well, its a good way to understand the basics. I peeked at your data table, and it really wasnt clear what the data means from the table descriptions. You will have to share how it was created and definitely describe your whole intended workflow in more detail. Once youve completed the tutorails, it will be much easier to explain what you want to do and to help you.
