Deploy a PAT model to a production line to monitor process variation using a NIR spectrometer.
Near infrared spectra of an industry process stream (reactor, dryer, blender,...) represent both the chemical composition and physical properies of the process stream. This GUI was designed as a template for deployment of a PCA model used with NIR spectra to track process trajectory and monitor process variation.
The function loads the PCA model first. It uses OPC DA to retrieve live spectra from NIR spectrometer. The spectrum was then fitted to the PCA model. Hotteling's T squred and Q residuals are calculated and comared to their critical limits.
The users are encouraged to modify the GUI to accomodate their specific needs when deploying a qualtative or quantatative model to the production line.
