Customized Graph Convolution Network Layer

Graph Convolution Network (GCN) Layer constructed based on MATLAB Deep Learning Toolbox.

This submission provides a Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) layer implementation based on MATLAB Deep Learning Toolbox. This customized layer adheres to the formattable dlarray specification, the input dlarray has "SCB" format and the output dlarray has "SCB" format. This custom implementation enabling seamless integration with other builtin deep learning layers. This implementation refers to the example presented in Node Classification Using Graph Convolutional Network.
