FPGA Implementation Of the Sobel Color Edge detector using HDL Coder

To overcome the limitation of gray scale Sobel edge detector i have implemented the Sobel color edge

Here i have done the implementation of the Sobel color edge detector using HDL coder.The design has been successful tested with Spartan3E board with VGA interface.The motivation behind this work was to overcome the limitation of the gray image Sobel edge detection which is constraint by its application to only gray scale Images.
