Changes Xaxis of specified or current axes from cm-1 to µm, or the other way around

E.g. if you have spectroscopic data in inverse cm (cm-1) but want to display it in µm simply run cm1toum and the data of the current (or specified) axes changes from cm-1 to µm. Since the formula is the same to go from µm to cm-1 the function will change the other way around as well
