A platform IgG PBPK model in tumor bearing mouse

a template PBPK IgG model that can serve as a platform for developing PBPK model for antibodies in tumor bearing mouse

This is a platform PBPK model based on Shah and Betts 2012 (Towards a platform PBPK model to characterize the plasma and tissue disposition of monoclonal antibodies in preclinical species and human) and Shah et al. 2012 (Bench to bedside translation of antibody drug conjugates using a multiscale mechanistic PK/PD model: a case study with brentuximab-vedotin).
The model depicts disposition of a typical monoclonal antibody in mouse bearing Her2 over-expression tumor.
The parameters are fully adjustable (e.g., antigen level, binding properties, physiological values, and etc.). This model can serve as a platform for developing a transnational PBPK model for IgGs.
