This is mostly a personal joke, but since it has been too hot recently for me & I already forget to drink enough water, I wrote a short function to run in the background.

StayHydratedBot will issue a message after a set amount of time has passed. If the function is called without an Input, the default value of 30 minutes is used. Input is in minutes.
Can be stopped with:

delete(timerfind("Name","Stay Hydrated Timer"))
