It said undefined function when I create a new function or paste one, but when I restart MATLAB it works well. What can I do to fix this bug?
The problem never occured in MATLAB2016a on my compputer and now I'm puzzled by the bug using MATLAB2017b on the same computer.

When I set net.trainParam.epochs=5000, the max epoch is still 1000 in GUI
