Accelerate the success of MathWorks software development organization, just like MathWorks accelerates engineering and science across the world!  As a senior member of Software Process Engineering, you'll develop and lead projects that continuously improve how MathWorks develops software.

Responsabilidades

  • Accelerate the success of MathWorks software development organization, just like MathWorks accelerates engineering and science across the world!  As a senior member of Software Process Engineering, you'll develop and lead projects that continuously improve how MathWorks develops software.

     

    • Partner with leadership to visualize and understand our end-to-end software development processes and tools
    • Engage directly with selected teams and leaders through 1-1/small group coaching, to better understand how teams work and why
    • Identify, champion, and lead efficient and engaging process improvement projects that deliver strong, measurable results
    • Apply, model, and teach industry practices and tools including agile, lean, CI/CD, and more
    • Develop clear, simple metrics to gauge process use and results
    • Manage programs based on data, business drivers, and staff feedback. 
    • Identify and celebrate success stories… and forecast what’s next!

Cualificaciones mínimas

  • A bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 5 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Cualificaciones adicionales

  • Software Development Lifecycle experience.
