SBAS System Time Offset Message (RINEX v4)
R2026bSystem time offset messages provide parameters for transforming between GNSS system time scales.
This system time offset message is returned by the rinexread function as a timetable stored in the field data.SBAS.SBAS.STO. Each row of the timetable corresponds to a transmitted system time offset message.
For a high-level overview of the available SBAS navigation message types and their organization in RINEX version 4, see SBAS Navigation Data (RINEX v4).
