Model optimization using SIMULINK

I have two curves generated in the SIMULNK, i want to optimize both of them for a design parameter simultaneously. How can I do that using SIMULINK only?

Thanks a lot Kaustubha, but its not serving my purpose as I'm not working on any signal processing, so I don't have any inputs like that. So what should I do now?

You probably need to create test inputs that represent the real-word behavior of your system?
