Heart Modelling And Controlling using Simulink control design toolbox

I have a lecture project my lecturer has wanted me to draw a heart model in a drawing program and make control this heart using simulink control design toolbox. I have a heart model drawn in 3ds max, how I can use this model in matlab? If I cannot use 3ds max drawings in matlab, which program should be used?
