how to do PIL simuilation, if target support package of a micrcontroller does not support PIL?

Hi, I am working on PIL implementation of PIC32mx795f512L microcontroller. I downloaded target support package from this link http://www.kerhuel.eu/wiki/Simulink_-_Embedded_Target_for_PIC. which provides Blocks for all the peripherals but does not support PIL.

    Is there any way to do PIL in this particular case?, any help would be really helpful.
