Problem with compiled matlab code

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but here goes: I have tried compiling some code, and get a .sh script that I should run. When I do this, I get the following error: error while loading shared libraries: libmwlaunchermain.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I'm using Ubuntu 12.10 and Matlab 2013b
