i am try to classify the spirosignal classification based on different type of signal shape using gaussian time warp edit distance kernel funtion with support vector machine. any body give idea about it

Have you researched Gaussian Time Warp Edit Distance Kernel Functions? Have you researched SVM? Have you determined whether your version of MATLAB already has svm built-in or whether you need to link in libsvm ? Have you written any code yet? Have you determined the size of your data? Have you determined your file format for the data storage? Have you looked at examples of SVM classification? Have you used MATLAB before?

yes i try to classify the dataset of signal using gaussian time warp edit distance kernel function with SVM, my matlab version is 2012,

It appears to me that SVM was part of Bioinformatics Toolbox until R2013a. It was, though, possible to bring in the SVM library from another source and use it with MATLAB. See
and notice the bit indicating that some of the function names differ a bit.
