optimization of fedbatch bioreactor using GA

I am new to optimization and trying to maximize the product yield of fed batch bio reactor by manipulating 3 different feed rates using GA. Could someone please tell me as how to call a function containing ODE in GA and also how to code for the feeding strategy.

Hi Pratik, if you got any code for the fed-batch process, please share with me too. I am also simulating the fed-batch process for caffeine degradation but unable to do so. And I am feeling helpless now. You are the last hope.

There is an example of using GA to optimize the solution of an ODE in the documentation. I hope that is enough to give you a start.
