how to install curve fitting toolbox

Hi, I just bought and downloaded the curve fitting toolbox for my 2013a student version. I followed instructions but the app does not show in Matlab. The toolbox is listed when enter the command " ver ". Also, the following messages appeared in command window:
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2013a Student\toolbox\rtw\coder_foundation\tfl
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2013a Student\toolbox\sam\m3i
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2013a Student\toolbox\slvnv\rmidemos
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2013a Student\toolbox\shared\eml\eml
Please advice.

I had this problem with all of my toolboxes. I had to go back and reinstall matlab.

Chris, thanks for the advice. I reinstalled matlab and now it works. Kind regards. JG
