how to coding the system with pid controller?

Hi, how to coding the system below in closed loop system with pid control?
x(:,:,i+1)=fdc(x(:,:,i),u(:,:,i),dt); %%open loop system
y(:,:,i+1)=H*x(:,i+1); %%measurement
