how can I plot a graph like this?

(there are many functions that are valid for difference particular time in a period, for example for td interval function 1 is valid, for tr interval function 2 is valid...)

Define the data over the various time intervals and plot...you can simply concatenate the disparate piece together in one X,Y vector or add them incrementally; makes no difference in the end.
