Please be advised adequate article that compares Matlab and Mathematics. I would be incredibly grateful if you compare these packages yourself here. P.S: usually compared only very old versions of programs

When you work in a lab or scientific field, in which Matlab is commonly used, potential benefits of Mathematica will not matter. Sharing and re-using existing code is very important.
I do not have an opinion about which benefits one computing language has compared to another. It is like asking, if French is better than Chinese. But when I'm working in Bordeaux, I'd prefer French.

I no-longer answer open-ended questions: it takes too much effort for too little benefit. I could in theory produce a complete check-list of each MATLAB facility and each corresponding Mathematica facility, but it would take me several weeks to prepare (I estimate): time that I would never get back and effort which would not put any food on the table.
If you are much more specific about the facilities you are interested in, someone might be willing to answer.

If we compare the list on wikipedia, the pluses Mathematicas incomparably more than Matlab. Could you name a leading plus of Matlab?
P.S: When should I use Matlab, and when the Mathematica?
