How do I troubleshoot this GUI error?

Everything was working until I changed the name of a file (IRRELEVANT to the functioning of the GUI) and now this error shows up:

Your file is now called untitled.m but when you created the gui in guide you were calling it gui. Call it gui.m instead of untitled.m and it should be okay.
