histogram maximum but not as bin border

Hello, i want to create a histogram which shows the maximum and minimum value at a defined bin width. Therefore the i.e. max-value is not necessary a "bin border" in the graph. Is that in matlab possible?

Use either hist or histc with the optional vector of bin centers/edges depending on which way you want to specify the bins.
