How to include a .m file into GUI

Hello, Im trying to include an external .m file into a GUI, but in console, shows me error. So im trying to add the code into one of the pushbutton function, but shows me error too. How can i add the external m file into my GUI. Basically the m file opens a video and tracks if something or someone is moving in the video. The GUI is basically to open the video, and execute the m file with a button. I will leave you the download link of the files because it exceeds the submitted 5MB, its weight is 8MB xD, the .m and .fig files of the GUI, the video file, and the external file which its called multiObjectTrackingUs.m so if you can help and tell me what im doing wrong
