hi,
with regards to Fast Fourrier Transformations, I would like to know, what kind of rotation matrix is given by the Transform Sensor in SimMechanics 2nd Gen? I marked the "Transform" Box and got the port R. This Port R gives a 3x3 matrix. I think, port R gives an unknown combination of Euler angles. Can somebody tell me, how to untangle this? In the end, I need three angles to describe the rotation between the two measured coordinate systems.
I hope you understand and can explain this problem.

Hi Tony,
the FFT describes a further step. You're right, that there is no connection. I mentioned it only to reason my request. Sorry about the confusion. In the rotation matrix there are informations in form of angles. I would like to extract the angles which describe rotation of the x, y and z axis. I thought maybe, that SimMechanics uses a specific decomposition like Z-X-Z with regards to Euler angles. If I got your point, this decomposition depends on me. If I choose a "wrong" decomposition, does it change my three angles?
Thank you, for helping me.
