Push Libraries without conflicts

Hi everyone,

I have a large simulink model with many number of references to library. Some of the libraries are referenced at more than one place. Now I have done an slupdate on the Model disabling every link. After slupdate finishes, I want to push(propagate) the changes to the respective libraries.

But since, I have used few libraries at more than one instance, I am shown a conflict error. what do I do now?
