Combine all Output Graphs

Hi,
I have output graphs "Torque over time" from 3 revolute joints in Simmechanics. Is it possible to combine all these graphs as one final graph. For example, I want the values for 0 - 2s from first graph, 2 - 4s from second graph and 4 - 6s from the last graph. And put these values as one final graph from 0 - 6 s. Is it pssible to do this?
