Hi all,
Long time ago, I saw an example video from mathworks showing the detection of gravity center of two fishes, and based on their behavior (and displacement along the the water) it was possible to classify which fish was drugged, and which was healthy. Does anybody has the link for this example? I was looking to work in a similar project, but I never have found it anymore.
Please, answer with the appropriate link from mathworks, not youtube or other forums worldwide.

This isn't exactly what you described but a paper recently came out in Nature/Scientific Reports on tracking zebrafish using Matlab's YOLOv2 object detector (Computer Vis Toolbox). I remember seeing a live demo of vision based fish tracking from another group at an SFN conference a few years ago.

Hi @Adam Danz. I just found the link. It is about Machine Learning and Computer vision for biological imaging applications. It's specifically the 1st demo. This is pretty much the basics, though. But that's the head start I was looking for.
Thanks!

I know you don't want to look anywhere else (you said so), but for others... you might want to take a look at Noldus Ethovision. It's pretty much the state of the art in animal tracking and I know it can do what you want:
My company uses it.
